When you buy our tour, the platform sends you all the information you need: itinerary, schedule, information about points of interest and extras you have purchased. The platform automatically makes reservations for all the services you have booked - from hotel accommodation, to bike rentals or wine tastings.

When you go on a tour, the mobile app will flawlessly do the job of a tourist guide - it will guide you along the route, control the tour schedule, tell you a lot of interesting information, allow you to get the services you booked and alert our partners about your arrival.
We don't resell our partners' services to you for triple price. On the contrary, we negotiate discounts for you.

You don't pay for tour guide, you don't pay for booking and sales managers, you don't pay for a big nice office, because we don't need it. We sell thousands of tours at the same time, earning a little on each one.

That's why our tours are so cheap.

Our company has been in the travel business for quite a long time. Until 2019, all our tours were organized with guides. Some of the founders of Digitalia worked as guides. Therefore, we have a very good understanding of the profession of a tour guide*. This hard work consists of 90% of the daily routine - keeping track of the tour schedule, communicating with partners, organizing, for example, a wine tasting, acting as an interpreter and entertaining the group members with funny stories. And be in a good mood all the time (which is why tour guides are often prone to professional burnout and depression).

Which of these things can't a mobile app do? It can do absolutely everything. Even tell fun stories in any format - audio, video, text, images... And dont forget important advantages:

• Compared to a tour guide, a mobile app costs almost nothing.
• He only tells you what you're interested in.
• You don't have to be in a group with other tourists. You don't have to ask anyone's permission to take selfies at a spot you liked.

*Do not be confused with the profession of excursionist. An excursion can be a part of a tour. But still, it's a completely different business.

Each tour has a base price. To the base price is added the price of optional additional services, which you can book at your choice.

The base price does not depend on the number of participants in the tour, you can go on a trip alone or with a dozen friends.

The base price usually includes:

• Itinerary and navigation.

You can find many free routes on the internet, but Digitalia gives you not just a line on a map, but carefully picked roads suitable for your type of vehicle plus the tour operator's guarantee that the entire route can be traveled according to the timeline.
Responsibility is included in our product, here's what's important.

• Content.

Detailed information about each point you are going to visit. Content can be provided in any format - audio, video, text, images, etc.

• A detailed, carefully calculated travel time plan that will allow you to be at each point on time.

This is one of the most important components of a tour. Without a schedule, a tour does not exist as a product. You need to know what time to depart, how long you can stay at each waypoint, how long it will take to get to the next point, etc.

• Discounts on our partners' services, such as scooter or bike rentals, ferry and cable car tickets, museum tickets, discounts in local stores, etc.

For example, paying about 20 euros for our tour around Lake Garda, you will get a 5% discount on Vespa scooter rental, a 20% discount on ferry tickets, a discount at a local grocery store, a 10% discount on an aperitif at a panoramic bar, a 10% discount on lunch at an authentic local restaurant. Imagine taking a tour with four or six of you. Not a bad saving, is it?

• Assistance from the tour operator's managers in case of problems.

What could be worse than to find yourself in an unpleasant situation in a foreign country? Buying our tours, you can be sure that we will always come to the rescue. Whatever the unpleasantness - from a flat tire, to a language barrier.

• Full or partial refund of the cost of the tour in case of organization issues on the part of the tour operator.

Our tour product consists not only of itinerary, content, schedule and additional services. Its main part is the tour operator's responsibility. If something goes wrong in the tour due to our fault or the fault of our partners, we will reimburse you the whole or part of the cost of the tour.

Digitalia Tours, like any other tour operator, is fully responsible for the quality of the services included in the tour. If the services are provided with improper quality, we will compensate the cost of these services or the entire tour.

If you cancel your tour more than 24 hours before the start, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, you will receive a refund of the basic price of the tour and the cost of certain optional extras if they have been booked.

For example, we will not be able to refund the cost of vehicle rental or the cost of tastings as our partners have already made expenses related to the arrangement of these services.

However, we will refund all services that do not involve upfront costs, such as museum or park tickets, restaurant reservations, etc.
